How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Super quality best price power on the market
The watch is fantastic, far superior to version 1 (SN021-G). Fixes all the awkward proportions from the previous model. It's amazing the quality that San Martin can deliver for the price they charge. Unlike the previous model, this time I had no problems with screws being too tight to adjust the bracelet. I've seen many comments from people dissatisfied with the new clasp, with only two holes for micro-adjustment. What I did: before making the purchase, I contacted San Martin's Customer Service and asked for my watch to come with the "old" 4-hole clasp instead of the "new" 2-hole clasp. They kindly and promptly responded to my request, and now here it is, my SN021-G-B1 with 4-hole clasp!
This watch is just perfect! However, I can't fit the watch comfortably on my wrist because the clasp has only 2 lug holes/micro adjustments.
Finishing on this piece is absolutely amazing. Looks and feels like a $1-2k piece. The black matte dial, applied markers, and the close attention to the finishing on the case and bracelet is absolute immaculate. It also looks like the bracelet and case edges on this model has been honed to be a lot softer than what you normally find on other SM models such as the SN017-G. The only downside I found with this piece is the action of the screw down crown. It’s EXTREMELY difficult to screw in. The combination of the crown being fairly small and the movement (I got the SW200 variant) feeling pretty stiff when wound up to the full power reserve makes it extremely hard to screw down. It literally takes me a few minutes to screw down as there are multiple times where I would feel resistance so I would back off and start from the top as I don’t want to cross thread the crown and crown tube. Bought it with voucher code that youtubers are promoting. It's a ultra high quality watch and I am speechless. I communicated with store to request for clasp with 4 micro adjust and it is exchanged for free! There is no gap between the solid end link and watch. Bracelet has impeccable brush finishing; Taper of 20mm to 16mm is very classy. The minor downside is that the edges of the bracelet has slightly sharp edges, it doesn't bite into your skin unless you like tight fit like me. The boxed domed sapphire glass is one of a kind beauty. The dial is reminiscent of vintage explorer 1016 except this has applied indices with fantastic blue lume that last throughout the night after charging it with torch light. PT5000 movement seem to have a lot of good reviews. I haven't had enough time to know how reliable it is. The winding is stiffer than ETA 2824 and is more gritty, which is OK. I hope this brand continue to make good designed watches!
The watch safely arrived as per scheduled and already sitting stylishly on my wrist. I am satisfied with the watch. Accurate as described and advertised including the reviews on social media. Awesome tiffany's dial colour, solid case and bracelet with clean finish. The Sellita movement (that I opted for) is doing fine at keeping time. My only issue is with the crown - feel a bit of resistance when trying to screw it down after manual winding and adjust time. But I am not going to deduct even a point for this small issue because overall the watch is great, plus fast delivery and customer service at this price point.

This is a truly amazing watch, beautifully made, great finish, bright lume, solid bracelet. Fast delivery despite an issue with customs having to be resent. The only complaint is the clasp it needed the larger one with extra lug holes for a better fit or even better the old clasp with the easy link extension would have made this watch perfect.

Very beautiful watch! The interaction with the PT5000 really fun and the clock accuracy is-7 seconds a day. The only improve dignified point would be if necessary. Slightly thicker link on Oyster Band-I find that watches thereby directly much who tiger act. Also it would be fine if San Martin directly the correct price for customs specifies. On the invoice, the by the inch tested was, was the watch with 49 euro valued, resulting in huge delays Beid He delivery resulted.

The watch is awesome, perfectly executed! The only thing that bothers me is, that the end links of the bracelet are super sharp on the inside and seem not to be smoothed out at all- so sharp i cut my finger bleeding while just feeling on the edge! I don‘t know if every one of the watches has this issue, but the rest of it is just perfection ;).
This price only for the best Explorer coming face to face is not found. Upgrade for sw200 movement hand winding little whell whell to long but there currently are as much satisfaction pathetic.

San Martin products is the first day finish this beyond with nicer. Logo cursive is customization packaging options with additional payment made with a basic options not selling anything bad to looks like.

amazing quality
Excellent watch gives me vintage Rolex vibes with a modern flare. The watch is actually 37mm and wears nicely on my 6.25 in wrists. I was afraid it’d be too small since I typically wear 39-42mm watches but it wears lovely even with my massive hands. I see this being an explorer watch on many family trips and vacations ;)
I paid for expedited shipping but they did not hand the package to FedEx for 2 weeks. Received the watch today. I'll agree, it's a nice watch. Really like the glass on it. Dial is impeccable. Very well made. I did not receive any paperwork, just tools. My only gripe is the PT5000 movement. It is VERY, VERY stiff. To adjust the time it's not too bad. But to push in and screw the crown back into the case... wow it is difficult. I feel like I need to grab a pair of pliers. The crown is small and the movement is very stiff. Hopefully it retians its waterproof rating since I dont know how tight it is to the case. Don't know if it's just my watch but at this point I might shy away from PT5000 movements. So far I enjoy the quality of San Martin. Let's see how it behaves in a few weeks and I will update my review.

The watch is beautiful, it was doubtful to pay the extra since they switched to PT500 movements but the quality in the product went up too much if the price change is worth it. As for shipping all the products I purchased (4) 3 were via DHL and I had no problem. This one was sent by FedEx and it was a lousy service despite paying the customs cost they didn't want me to deliver the package and it was held for almost two weeks. I would recommend that you return to DHL as your parcel supplier

Awesome product. As described. High quality feeling watch. The pastel blue has a hint of vintage green or yellow - very nice. Makes it interesting to look at. Nice slim profile on the wrist.
