How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Shipping was fast and the package arrived in perfect condition with no damage. The watch is as described. Can't fault it, bought the reverse panda dial this time and really like the contrast. The dial is black, the small dial is silver-white, and the hands are black. It's very interesting. Also very recognizable. Next step I need to buy the panda dial for the BB chronograph. Thanks again PAGANI for the excellent tribute work
Happy with my purchase. Watch looks fantastic, however there was a large scratch on the case back most likely done during assembly. Since it is on the case back and not seen when wearing, I will not worry about it.
Impressive watch, especially at the price and given that the quality with Pagani has definitely gone up again after a few models that were a bit so-so…
Nice new packaging and branded NATO. Pagani are going up a level in the quality stakes... I only buy Quartz Pagani's due to the old bait n switch they used to do with movements. This Watch doesn't dissapoint
Great build quality! Really impressed with this watch. The only knock on this is the lume. The minute hand is much weaker than the hour hand. One last thing - US shipping is false advertising - after the 7 days passed, I contacted the store only to be told - it’s Ali express system fault (I don’t believe this is true) sorry, it’s coming from China. Seller never notified me of this until I asked. Not Cool!
Beautiful watch and a free NATO strap.
Watch arrived a month early which was a very nice surprise! Quality appears to be a step up from the Rolex GMT homage I purchased a couple of years ago. Noticeably with this bracelet. Look handsome on the supplied Nato as well. The only slight disappointment is the luminova - not the strength of it which I don't really ever hold up much hope of length of lume - more to the colour. The hands are very white compared to the applied indices, and with the dial more of a (gorgeous) oyster colour, the hands then look a little cheap. I certainly wouldn't let it put me off recommending though - excellent value.

Great looking watch. The panda dial is what I was looking for. If you are looking for a smaller watch on wrist, that is an eye catcher. This is the watch for you.

The watch is good looking, but there are a few problems, quality control. In real life you can see, that the hour hand is really patchy, cant get it on camera. The tachymetre seconds hand is not centered, more to the right. The crown is very stiff and gritty, and cant screw it down so the logo is the correct way-facing up. Those are the negatives. The positives, the ceramic bezel and the dial are great, bracelet is of good quality, but the clasp feels a bit cheap, light and hallow. Finishing overall is pretty decent. Size is 39.5 in diameter, and on my 7.1/4 - 7.5 inch wrist it feels very small, smallest watch now. Side by side with the corguet, and the corguet feels bigger. As this is my first pagani, I was kinda expecting something, but for a new upgrades series, this seems a bit too much issues.
