How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Very nice and good quality. The bracelet is good quality tb with double closure and screwed links very easy to disassemble. Delivery in two days. The only one I see is that the spikes of the rotating bezel scratch a little, I think they should be polished.
The clock is normal, only the bezel is weak. But for such a price is excellent. Thank you.
I've been using it for a week, nice and good quality. It has a stylish look. The movement inside the watch is written nh35, but there is no Japanese script or a logo proving that it is a seiko movement.!!! Bir haftadır kullanıyorum güzel ve kaliteli. As described is what store says. bracelet is a bit stiff and some screws are hard to take out. but a new bracelet may do the trick. Not gonna try this on water but loved the screw detail of the watches crown to get the time and complication right. thanks seller. shouldnt be giving 5* cause i know Pagani can pull better quality stuff for same price on the bracelet but here you go, for 90 euros cant really complain can I. but I noticed it got ahead 1 min Over the 24h I've had it. but seller was fast to ship from Spain to Portugal. thanks. 1 day to deliver after buying. Thats a 10* quality. btw, watch fits well in the wrist, Im big. and had to remove two links.
Miyota machine motor works with noise, other than that it is silent. Performance is reasonable for the price. My recommendation is the Seiko nh35 machine.
The watch is very nice and well achieved. The right machine and the perfect delivery speed. You just need to test it and comment on the operation.

Received the watch sooner than expected. No issues with the watch that I can tell. The Miyota movement works differently than a Seiko movement that I'm use to when setting the time and how the second hand reacts to spinning the hands. Weird but works. I would another product when the time is right.

Watch is excellent! Well built, bracelet great, very good, the unidirectional ratchet. A RIM unidirectional turns only in a sense to prevent a mistake in handling. This is especially important in measurement times diving; if the rim is beaten or moved, indicate that the diver has less time diving or decompression that really elapsed. Not bad for this money, for the authenticity of the mechanism I do not vouch (my on mi20:... Probably, in appearance are similar) accuracy + 10 seconds per day. I look like a couple of months, I'll give fur a break, there and precision will change. The case and bracelet in quality are not bad, the bracelet is cast (links and clasp) the glass looks like a sapphire, there are no scratches yet. The figure is pleasant, the backlight will grab for a few hours (4 hours exactly) there is one dust large inside the dial, sometimes flies if you shake your hand sharply. Jamb on the bezel: starting with 15 minutes, the tags do not match, there is a shift. In general, for this money is worthy.
