How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Quickly received, came whole packed good! And now a little about the clock... The first impression seemed small!!!! On spinning in his hands, did not like the feeling, the edges of the bracelet and the bezel are badly processed sharp!!!!! I had to add myself to the bracelet and the bezel began to feel nice to touch the watch!!! bezel without Lufts! For a day lay down for-7 seconds, it was not easy, with the help of a smartphone set up up to 2 seconds a day! In general, the watch is satisfactory Later I will add a review!

This is my 3rd SM and might be my favourite others are the GMT Pepsi and date just. So much so this is the second one I have ordered of this watch, first one I lost by a link screw falling out and lost it at work. This first one had a very nice MOP dial, the second I just received is not quite as nice; one third of the dial has the nice pearlescent shimmer, the rest is flat black. A little disappointed; which is not usually the case when you get a new SM.

This watch scratches an itch I’ve had for years and it feels so good to have it on the wrist. The best part is that I didn’t break the bank and the watch is amazing. The only downside is that the edges are a bit sharp and the crown logo should have been the shark logo and not the “S” logo if I recall correctly. Aside from that, great execution and the clasp is wonderfully comfortable too.

Like all the San Martin I had previously bought, the quality of the watch is excellent. The clock construction and finishes are unbeatable and the price is excellent. Perfect, all working. Incredible value. Be careful when sizing as I think SM now put some locktite (which is excellent) on screws. Finition is up to expectations, after reading all reviews! Great job San Martin!!!
Beautiful watch, it showed up in only two weeks, all the way from China to South America. The store is recommended, the products are excellent. Sadly the dial is a weird kind of blue, it doesn't match with the bessel very well.
It's a great Watch, in my house my brother, my father and it was just me, after being Apple Watch this is day and night on quality issues. Shipping has been very fast from Spain. I recommend 100% to anyone looking for a homage of this classic design.

Superbly made watch, everything about it is done to a very high level of fit and finish. Theres nothing out of alignment - even the cyclops is spot on and works really well. I will be buying more San Martin watches.

This is a fantastic watch! The blue gradient mother-of-pearl dial is beautiful. The case, and bracelet and clasp are all high quality and perfectly finished. The bezel action feels excellent and there's no back play. Everything on the watch is perfectly aligned. The crown screw and hand winding are smooth. The bezel insert on my watch is slightly below the metal bezel edge creating a rough surface where the two meet.

Have to say the quality just isn't quite the same as the San Martin I purchased last August before the San Martin logo model came out. That one sparkles a lot more and the time keeping is impeccable even after a year and a half of wearing it daily. Everything about this latest one feels that little bit cheaper, even the workings Seiko 35a feel a lot rougher than my original. Anyway, for the price I paid I can't really complain too much, it's a nice watch although I won't be wearing it as much as i thought I would be. Delivery was much quicker than expected.

The watch looks great, excellent quality for 180€, beautiful finishing, this sunburst on a dial is gorgeous, brushed bracelet is fantastic Lume works great for the first couple hours, then dims down but still readable. Movement accuracy is +5-7 sec a day during the first 24 hours after delivery. Took 6 days to deliver from a Spanish warehouse to Germany. What can be improved: end male links protrude too prominently, probably to accommodate smaller wrists, I have a 17 cm wrist, so the watch fits perfect (3 links removed using an enclosed tool). The size adjustment on a bracelet clasp must be reworked, it is really dull and unnecessarily difficult to adjust and will take you 15 min if you never did it before. In addition, there is a small free travel of buttons on the bracelet clasp before they actually engage, it could've been improved. Overall, I'm really happy with the watch, thank you San Martin! Let's see how the watch will behave in the following months.
