How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

There are no pictures do justice beauty mother of pearl dial, is very beautiful. The packing is very well done, along with the tool kit accompanying. Watch the finish is high level, showing what is able to these microbrands.
This is a great watch and a real steal, the quality is excellent I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very well packaged and it came with a matching nato strap and all the tools for adjustment plus a 2 year guarantee. If like me you don't have 10k for a Rolex this is a splendid piece. It was delivered within two weeks to the UK.

I waited over a year to purchase this San Martin. Picked it up on 11.11 for $180 tax & shipping included. The`dollar sign’ design on the crown was unfortunate & cheapened the watch a bit. I much rather prefer the shark logo. The most disappointing thing to me was the bezel action. After watching countless YT reviews I expected the action to be just a tad bit more crisp & tighter. Other than that the polish & finish are amazing for the price. No alignment issues, the Edges weren’t sharp, I tested the water resistance for 30+ minutes and the lume is still going after an hour. It’s a gorgeous homage for the price. Someone said they got themselves one for $170 flat (perfect price). I think if you’re in the market for a sub homage and don’t want to break the bank, this SM is perfect for no more that $180 in my opinion. This and my Ginault homage just keep busy till I purchase the actual Sub. Happy with my purchase :)

It matched description exactly. Excellent fit and finish. The bezel, case back, and clasp especially are done to high standard. Value for money is near the top.
The complaints people have about this watch are correct: it has sharp edges. Other than that, it's amazing! I went to a Rolex boutique last weekend and the AD made me take off my SM and he put it next to the 2021 41mm. you could barely tell the difference.
The clock is good, its money is worth!
Love this watch! The blue to black gradient is not so obvious. You have to look more closely to see it. The bracelet is highly adjustable and well designed. Very easy to fit and comfortable to wear.

Good solid watch for the price. Alignment is perfect. The lume is good. The only reason for the 4 star was the bracelet, and the end of the lug was a bit sharp-edged for my liking.
Shipping to Germany went relatively expeditiously. Had something else about € 8 to pay import tax. The watch itself is super. Wears very comfortable and running at me easily in minus. The new clasp is comfortable. The Dial (mother of pearl) is the hammer. The blue Lume is really the hammer. Overall a very value watch.

The watch is good. Pros: The color is beautiful, the move is + 4 seconds a day, in general they look good, they managed to adjust the bracelet for themselves. Of the minuses: bad Cyclops, too large, glare, the date is poorly read not at right angles. The bracelet looks cheap. Some screws on the bracelet are very tight twisted while twisting, scratched the bracelet. No expansion for divers. The lumen does not charge from LED lamps.
