How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Can't ask for a better first time experience with Aliexpress. Seller was very helpful and responsive with my questions. Watch is just as beautiful as the pictures of it. Delivery was just over half the time that it was estimated for. Will definitely come back for more watches in the future and recommend store to family and friends or anyone that's looking for this area of watches.
The clock is great. Quality, as always at Pagani, at a high level. The only slightly spoils the impression, luftit bezel. For such a price, you can put up with this small flaw. Convex sapphire looks great. In general, I was satisfied with the hours.
Very beautiful watch. The new the "BB58 silver" Nahem fundene model with "bräunlichem" leaf and bezel is a real spanking on arm what height and diameter is concerned. The ribbon has a while pressed but also a functioning "diving extension"-also the fine adjustment the clasp is easily possible. The first joint of the belt is but as with almost all PD already out the box slightly scratched. IS but also some 100mal more expensive watches so. The movement goes extremely accurate with-1 respectively. 0 deviation on the timegrapher in reclining position.
The watch came not with the ordered Epson movement (with seconds stop and single side pull open the rotor), but with the Miyota 8215 (no seconds stop, double sided winding the, loud rotor). The difference price was refunded, but the Miyota is for me second choice. The watch is but pretty well processed, the bezel snaps clean and has hardly game. The luminous material is, as with Paganini design usual, lower midfield. Hands and indexes have slightly different colors. All in all but very well and I would like the watch me you quite recommend you.
Chic watches
Fast shipping by store and met the value declaration request I ordered, not taxed by the Customs. The watch is well built draws attention but is discreet at the same time, the heat of indexes is good but the pointers is weaker, the bezel has a "slack" very small to rotate but nothing to panic. Taking the small defects that only bother if you very detail (not a rolex or a tag or a Patek has in mind it is a clock 110 $) is a very beautiful and well built, was very pleased.
Nato strap is slightly short, unable.to.reach the 2nd buckle. The top part of the Nato strap a bit torn. the watch itself is ok
The watch came quite fast, external physical condition is acceptable - no damage. Box was slightly dented. The movement is Epson YN55A and not Seiko YN55A and it is not working properly as the second hand sweeps across the dial HALTINGLY and even drops 1 - 2 sec. when place in a vertical position (12 - 4 'O' clock). Hence, the movement quality is poor.

Really love the watch design and finishing. I dont like the bracelet though. it's brushed polish started to come off in a single day use and it also pulls on my hair. other than that, the watch is really beautiful and gorgeous for the price. I recommend it
Perfect as described. Some minor paint issues under clasp but nothing visible when closed. I can confirm it v2 (not Miyota who is a little noisy) but can't verify if it's really YN55A without open the case.

Watch seems well made, but because of all the photoshopped pictures on the product page, you cannot see how much glare the watch glass has. Its almost impossible to hold the watch in a direction when there is not a lot of glare on the glass.
