How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Good watch, especially for the money, respectable quartz movement, good finishing throughout, comfortable on wrist, colour matched date wheel and femal end links make it good for more wrist sizes. Shipped and arrived quickly.
Great looking watch, great store. Shipping was fast, only 10 days and it was very well packed. Quality is very good and the seiko movement is very accurate (in 4 days time not 1 second off). The strap is good, I've red reviews that is was very sharp but i think it's ok. It could have been a bit softer round the edges but it's no discomfort for me. However pagani should install more removable links. I have a 16 cm wrist and had to take out all of the removable links and still it wasn't enough. Then i took out the divers extension and the end link and connected the last link directly with a spring bar. This works very well and takes you just a few minutes, now i have a perfect fit. The positive : the case is very well milled and finished. The movement very accurate. The size is very good, not too big. The sapphire glass (slightly domed) is very good, no AR coating however. The hands are chromed, not white like the real omega but you know this upfront, i don't find it a real issue.
The clock reached Kaliningrad in three weeks. Packed very well. Got there without damage. Everything works, quality is satisfied. I recommend everything and the goods and the store!
Very good finishes and finishes, so it is very nice to see. Its design and size content makes it fit well to the wrist (mine is 18 mm and I pulled 4 links out of the 6 it has for fit). Its dome-shaped glass gives it a retro touch, and although reflective, the colors of the cover as opposed to indexed needles and spheres, give enough contrast to compensate for that. Defects: I battled to remove the links, it is milimetrically misaligned the bezel, the 6 S index also tilted a little to the right at its bottom and the edges of the Finally the color of the bezel is not the same as that of the subspheres (but it does not complicate me). In general the set is very good, but I don't know if it happens to you that when there is a detail on a watch (however tiny) you unconsciously tend to see it.
Wine earlier than expected, excellent quality at low cost.
Nice watch, pretty quick shipping and great price. The bracelet is solid - although the finishing is poor. The link edges are very sharp to the touch. I used a piece of 1500 grit sandpaper to smooth them down a bit, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Another issue is the lack of AR coating as can be seen in the picture below. Considering the price, the specs and how good looking the watch is, I really can't complain too much. Overall a 8/10 for the watch and 6/10 for the bracelet.

Lovely watch which is a great homage to the Original SpeedMaster by Omega. This is the V2 addition, which features a black date wheel which is more subtle to the white date wheel they used for the V1 addition. Shipping took ten days (China to uk) which was nice and fast. Overall really happy with this watch, really well built and no QC issues.

Pagani Design is king when it comes to specs vs. cost, best finish and polishing I’ve seen yet form PD. The Omega version doesn’t even have a ceramic bezel PD does. Only grievance I have is: the hands in white would look much better in white much like the original. Very happy with this watch, you will bel too.
