How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Pagani Design has scored a home run with this one. Anti reflective coating, and best lume I’ve seen on one of their models. Dial is gorgeous, extremely legible The hands are a good size as well. AND 200M water resistance. Probably my favorite model so far. Wonderful job Pagani Design!

Superfast delivery, lovely watch, Only let down was the screws either side of the clasp would not unscrew just spin, needed to take 2 links from each side but only 3 could be taken, got it on the last micro adjust, wear's a bit loose , but i can live with that
Great watch! Incredible value. However, -I received an Epson YN55a movement, not the NH35A stated all over the posting. -One of the screw links had a manufacturing flaw. The Epson is very similar to the Seiko but it is incorrectly being advertised. It is understandable with the NH35 shortage. I placed my order in November. You might get something different! Still a great watch for the money!

Runs great. looks awesome. some of the links are a bit stiff. Came quite quickly. Unfortunately got the wrong hands with awful lume. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars.
As expected i got a version 1 of the watch. This one has a polished case whereas version 2 is brushed but i don't care. For the money this is a great GADA watch (Go anywhere, do anything). Very nice dial and hands, very comfortable on the wrist. AND it's a perfect modding base! I have already ordered 3 other dials so i can occasionally swap the looks of that little beast. Totally happy!

Fast delivery from France. The quality of the case, dial, finishing, all good. The bracelet fits comfortably after removing up to 5 links (the maximum you can remove), as I have a thin wrist (50 mm, 2.0 inches). I just got the watch but already love it. A real bang for the buck.

Very nice watch with a good build quality and great lume, but definitely 39mm in diameter not 38mm,
4 stars because the triangle at 12 o'clock 1 , 2 and 3 o'clock are not well propose. For US$100 I expect more even for homage watch.
absolutely great watch. bracelet wasn't perfect, and the screws to remove links was difficult to manage. overall though I love it.
An absolutely fantastic store, and this watch is so nice, and having a high water resistance means you don't have to worry!! The sky blue dial, or Tiffany dial, is so nice, it is easy to read the time, it is classy, and sporty all in one!!! get one you will like it!!! Nice watch. Mechanism nh35, stainless steel, sapphire glass. The bracelet is super, cast, instead of studs-screws. The only problem is, this is on the buckle there is no possibility of adjusting the bracelet. If anyone solved the problem, then please write in the reviews.
V2 is pretty good. brushed lugs are a welcome addition for sure. the Colorful dials and no-date option are sure to bring some controversy, but I like the. Bracelet is typical Pagani, my quick easy link extension does not extend, but otherwise the bracelet is just fine. See my full review for more info. mine came with a Yn55 movement, not the NH35. Good movement, though. no issues.

Great quality watch with simple, but beautiful design.
Not the fastest delivery as I wasn't sure whether the item was shipped in the first place for the first 3 weeks. There's some funkiness with tracking numbers, but the product did eventually arrive. That said, when it did arrive, oh boy was it good. I put this bad boy on a Vario leather strap and it's quickly become my go to watch. I've worn it 7 out of 8 days since I received it and I find myself instinctively going for it over my Longines and Seikos. Well done, Pagani.
