How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Clasp on bracelet was not properly assembled causing clasp release to be not captured by body of clasp. I repaired this and I am now growing fond of this watch. I wish manufacturer would spec a NH38 movement for the no date watch.

Looks fantastic and feels comfortable on the wrist. I appreciated that the bracelet links use screws and a small screwdriver is supplied so I could adjust it right away. Amazing value!

Again, a Nice watch, from Pagani Design. A bit smaller, then expected, and no date. Not noticing that, was My mistake. I will still recommend it, the quality is Very Good, for the price. A bit slow delivery.
Delivery to Germany within 2,5 Weeks. - very nice. I also own a PD GMT Batman (2020). This is the watch i'd like to compare. The quality of the clasp has improved. action now is very smooth. The edges are still sharp. The lume has also improved but still fades quite fast. The hands do last longer than the indicies. the older slim hands i really did not like. The bracelet is a bit disappointing. There are several scratches on the brushed surface and polished sides an on one joint of two links the thread of the screw was stripped, so i was not able to seperate them. Fortunately i had to remove those links anyway. For the case the 6 o'clock indicies are tilet to the left an at the 4 minute mark there is a black spot on the rehaut. the NH35 movement runs at below 2 seconds fast per day. Thats great :-) 4 of 5 stars because of the stripped thread. the other deviations / quality issues i took into consideration because of the price of the watch. - paid 99€ shipped

Edges on band a little sharp, great quality watch.
Well packed, arrived in 10 days, watch works well running about -4s per day. I expect it to run better after a few days more of running in. Dial color looks lovely and case and bracelet are well built, although the finishing on the bracelet is not as good as the case (the polished vertical edges of the bracelet is not very good). The clasp also has sharp corners which has scratched me, my car paint, and my sofa already. The 3 micro adjusts are also impossible to use so I've just left it. The easylink works quite well though. Overall a very happy purchase and a fantastic watch for the price. Highly recommended watch and shop. Other than the so so clasp, the rest of the watch is perfect.

some of the screws became stripped whilst trying to adjust, making it unusable, they don't sell a replacement specifically for this model as far as I can tell. the watch itself runs pretty slow so adjustments will be necessary on mine in particular. but good build quality and finishing. looks sharp but QC can be spotty as always with this brand. cheers and mahalo
