We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
One of the best San Martin watches and the best watch of mine. Great build quality, finishing, tolerances, design and great price. Good dimensions and weight, suitable even for small wrists like mine (15,5 cm = 6,1 inches). Highly recommend!
I love this watch. I was looking for an Explorer homage for a while and I’m very happy I settled on this 1016 homage from San Martin. Took 1 link out and it fits great on my 7.25” wrist. Solid end links and screwed links are a plus. Love it. Even arrived a month earlier than expected.
Great watch. Bracelet was a bit short (my wrists are 215mm) but San Martin provided extra links when asked. Great service!

My first San Martin. I am very satisfied of the quality of this watch. I have seen a lot of reviews and finally I have decided for this watch. Just two minor QC issue but this is just subjective opinion. 12 o'clock triangle is not perfect printed. You can see some of the picture in internet. The second is the edges are very shape. I hope the version 2 better than this version. I have seen the reviews with correcting the QC of San Martin watches. I hope San Martin will make the perfect watches in the future.

Extreme quality! Hardly found in homages size care and care in polishing and finishing.
My new long term underdog retro watch. The more you wear it, the more you will love it. The watch feels way more expensive and very understated.The bracelet and the clasp is on another level compared to similar priced watches. Mine is the NH35 Version. Movement feels as smooth as my Seiko 5 when handwinding, with +6s a day. Resizing the bracelet was no problem with the provided tools that come with the watch. I can only recommend the watch.
Excellent watch, crazy price. Also, very satisfied with the whole process of shipping. Had a little (very minor) snag along the way, I contacted the store and a representative answered promptly and reacted immediately to get a solution. Got a positive update from the carrier not more than an hour later. Was impressed. thank you

It has quite a nice finishing. The movement and bracelet rattle a bit so its not quite as nice as the 6200 but still very good for the money
The watch is great, very well made, great finish, great crystal, movement is great. I did order the model with the nh35, but I was notified that I would get an Epson movement because they ran out of the watch I ordered. I checked in with Jody at JOMW and he said I would be happy and not to worry, he was correct. so far this watch has exceeded my expectations. I ordered a number of watches and items on the same day from aliexpress, this item was the last to arrive, worth the wait though. This is the first San Martin watch for me, wont be the last
please return to the use of four (4) micro adjustment holes on the clasp (instead of just two (2) as current shipped SN020G). This would allow your customers to have more fine adjustments with additional minimum cost for such an excellent product. At the end, you end up helping the yours customers and your brand.
