How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

A beautiful watch, stunning finish and detail. Difficult to resize due to tiny screws on strap but worth it.
Having seen reviews on YouTube I had high hopes for this watch, and I must say it doesn't disappoint. it is truly beautiful. The bracelet is absolutely fantastic, and the workmanship of the whole piece is outstanding. If you're considering buying this watch, pull the trigger and buy it!
Great watch, the quality is really good. Everything about this Watch feels well made. The bezel is slightly misaligned and the operation of one of the security pushers on the clasp is not particulary smooth. I am still very happy with my purchase, because this watch wears so incredibly well, that i have not worn another piece of my collection in a while.

I'm delighted with the clock. This is my first watch from San Martin, they really do cool watches. The only thing that causes the question is the back cover. The photo shows that there is no complete fit to the body and it is not clear whether it is twisted or not.
My 4th San Martin watch.. top quality watch and beautiful.. read the reviews about sizing the bracelet. think the trick is to use the provided short screws to get the initial twist. once the initial twist is done and screw is slightly loosened, screw can be screwed from either side. looking forward to the next San Martin:) well done!

Beautiful watch, however I got the bracelet with the male end links so it does protrude a bit. Also, no one told me the crystal had a blue reflection.
This watch is great value for the price. Like overall look of the watch (dial, bracelet and clasp). Resizing the bracelet was a bit challenging. This is my third SM watch and not the last one...
Super - I like the watch - the only thing - one screw broke of the bracket. So I can’t weare it. I hope they send me an neue endlink. I can’t wait for using this watch :)But it’s a beautyfull timepeace - 15 day delivery time is okay :) I will buy again

amazing value. good timekeeping even with the PT movement +5/d, great fit and finish. perfect for my 6.25inch wrist. punches well above its weight. couldn't be happier. beat $300 aud ever spent on watches. should it be this cheap to buy, or should other watches be so expensive by comparison? how do they do it? love it! my 2nd but not Mt last san martin.
Chic watches. Now I will collect the San Martin Watch. The only thing that is very not convenient to twist the screws on the bracelet. I broke one screw, barely turned it off. Scratched the link with a screwdriver. It is not clear which way to twist. If it is possible to attach the instruction in which side to twist the screws.
suited for small wrists as you can see. surprised of the quality you get for the money. nice brushed case finishing and beautiful handset. i will paint the triangle at the top red with fingerpaint so its more like the original rolex. put it on a retro strap for now because it takes time to adjust the bracelet. took only 2 weeks to arrive
