How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Couldn't be more happy with this watch. Finishing is beautiful. Fantastic value. I saw a lot of comments and a couple video reviews of San Martin switching to a smaller clasp with only 2 micro adjustment holes, many saying that if you ask, they will give you the larger one with 4 adjusts. I did not ask for this (and kind of regretted it), but the watch showed up with the larger clasp anyway. This tells me that San Martin listens to customer feedback, and proactively updates to satisfy complaints. Went with the PT5000 and I really like it so far. Only one day in, but it's running +3 seconds... awesome. Winding doesn't feel tough like some have said, solid might be a better word for the feel of it. Solid company. Solid watch. I will be ordering from them again. On another note, I paid a little extra for the DHL upgrade cause I'm impatient. From the time I submitted my order, to being on my door step, was 5 days and 19 hours... I live in Texas... Amazing

The watch is fantsatic, but one of the female end links on the bracelet sticks, which is disappointing considering the price. Additionally, I was assured several times throughout the process that I would be provided with the 4 microadjust clasp, but the bracelet came with the smaller clasp despite the assurances. All in all, love the watch but am disappointed with the faults of the bracelet.

This watch is really beautiful, especially the dial. The case size and bracelet dimensions are perfect for my 7 1/2" (19 cm) wrist. So far it is EXTREMELY accurate (I've owned the watch about one week so far),. Well within COSC standards. Unbelievable accuracy for the price. The watch is packaged very securely so as to minimize or eliminate any damage during shipping. I think the oyster-style bracelet is excellent. Mine has the newer, smaller clasp which I prefer because it fits better while still allowing adequate ability to resize the bracelet to fit different size wrists. The watch is supplied with a good quality, small screwdriver that makes removing screw pins in the bracelet easy. My only negative (and very minor) comment is that they include a set of dog tags with the watch which are essentially worthless to me. Otherwise it's a perfect 10 for the money!

Amazing watch. well worth the premium price! the most versatile piece in the collection, proportions is great even for bigger wrists (i have 7,5inch/ 18,5cm) wrists and it suits me perfectly. only complaint could be crown, its very small and hard to wind - but I think PT5000 works that the more wound up the harder it is to wind? it keeps time perfectly, mine just differs +2spd. Lume is excellent and bracelet is amazing! it definetly looks better IRL compared to renders
The finishing of the watch is great, it definitely feels much more expensive than what it costs. The size is great for my 6.5in wrist too. The bracelet fits a little bit tight and since there are only 2 micro adjust holes on the clasp, there's not much I could do. The PT5000 movement is running a bit slow, about -4s/day on average, but slower when I wear it more (around -7s/day).
I had been eying the Smiths Everest for some time, I managed to order the Commando, but the Everest remained elusive due to Eddie's awkward and clumsy ordering policy. So when this came out, I thought to hell with Time Factors. And a very nice watch it is too! I hope San Martin will issue this one with gilt hands and indexes some time in the future. For the rest I can say that IMHO this is the best San Martin (together with the SN004) to date.
Really awesome watch, finally a almost perfect Explorer Hommage! The only bad thing is the new clasp and the lack of enough microadjustments. I hope SM will send halflinks to everyone that bought this watch. You cannot beat the quality you get for the money.
Overall I am really impressed with the look and finish with this watch. But I am having an issue with the SW200 movement, which is similar to some of your other reviewers, in that the crown is extremely difficult to engage and then screw down fully. Other than this I am very happy with the watch.

Awesome watch! This is my first San Martin and I'm honestly blown away. Excellent quality and finishing. I asked San Martin if they could provide the 4 micro adjustment clasp with my watch instead of the small clasp and they gladly obliged at no additional cost. Excellent customer service. My watch is running about 10 seconds slow per day so far. I've only had it a day. I wish it were better but these are easy to regulate. Maybe it will be better after it breaks in a bit.
Practically perfect watch. San Martin have really excelled not just on the specs and finishing, but on the design too. A stunning blend of modern and retro, like the classic text but with applied markers, or the box crystal with a slight dome but in sapphire not acrylic. PT5000 is running +- 2 secs. I paid for the “custom logo” in order to have the SM hex. printed rather than applied. I frankly think this looks significantly better and recommend this become the standard form-factor. Only niggles are that the lower edges of the case could be softer, and the lug brushing could be a little more refined. Get this in an AliExpress sale and it’s well worth the money.

Absolutely cute watch from San Martin. Everything about it is so well judged - the fine casework, the vibrant dial, the applied markers and handset. You couldn't ask for more. Some folk abreact to the applied logo, but not me. It's great, and consistent on the crown and clasp. This watch is not giveaway cheap, but the quality is extraordinary. The PT5000 movement is sweet and super-accurate (about 2 secs / day!). I chose not to ask for the bigger clasp with more microadjustments, and I regret it a little, as I'm wearing mine a fraction looser than I otherwise would. But only a fraction, and the watch sits so easily on the wrist, I'm happy. So happy, I'd get the black dial too if I had the money. Gorgeous watch.
What can I say, this watch is absolutely beautiful. This is my second San Martin with PT5000. The quality of the brush and polish is top notch. The PT5000 movement is the easiest to regulate; all you need is a friction ball to open the case back and a micro watch screwdriver to turn the adjustment screw. Honestly, the watch came well regulated and I had no reason to regulate it. The only issue with this movements are the winding mechanism; it can break if not handled with care. I never wind the watch manually but I shake the watch for 2 minutes to fully charge the watch. As for the crown, it is rough but manageable. Even the minor issues, I would recommend this watch without any reservations.
