How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Beautiful timepiece. This my fifth San Martin watch and either my favorite or tied with the small Explore. Very comfortable on the wrist and very well regulated out of the box for the Seiko NH35. As always excellent customer service and surprisingly fast delivery.
Great watch, the quality is really good. Everything about this Watch feels well made. The bezel is slightly misaligned and the operation of one of the security pushers on the clasp is not particulary smooth. I am still very happy with my purchase, because this watch wears so incredibly well, that i have not worn another piece of my collection in a while.
Ordered on 11.11 sale and received it after 18 days. It is a great watch and great value for money. This is my 3rd San Martin watch, and as always, the quality and finishing is top notch. However, I am only giving it 4 stars because of the pin and screw system for its bracelet. I thought that Seiko's pin and collar system for their bracelets was fiddly and difficult to size. But this San Martin's pin and screw system is worst than Seiko's system, and extremely difficult to use. There's not much point in having such an elaborate and difficult sizing bracelet system, if it is going to put off any wearer of this watch. I've skinned my fingers and knuckles, with a few choice swear words, as I grappled with this fiendishly difficult pin and screws system. I will probably think twice in the future of ordering any San Martin watches which has this sizing system. It is really not worth all the problems for this system.
Great watch looks fantastic.i wish they provide the black strap that compliments the watch instead of green and don't try to resize bracelet with the tool they provide take it to the watch store.overall it's a great watch
Watch perfect, as description. San Martin is a brand of quality, the material is premium. Shipping by DHL excellent, complied with the delivery time. Recommended product.
Watch looks great, keeps good time at +3 sec daily. Seller is very responsive and resolved my issues when I bend the screw driver while shortening the bracelet. The corners and edges of the watch while well finished are pretty sharp and makes it feel rough on the wrist, for example the grooves at the caseback can be felt when you wear it. I guess a trade off of having it look good vs being comfortable. The glow in the dark lume also doesn’t seem to be as bright as others have mentioned when comparing to my other watches. Overall a great value propositions consider the killer looks, accurate time, and comfortable size and weight of the watch.

I bought the leather version with the pencil hands. It is stunning! I can't find a single flaw. It even was fitted with the updated 'female' endlinks as standard without request. Everything about this watch is high quality. The brushing is perfect. Recommend purchasing a good fine screwdriver set with hardened bits. Worth the investment. The two drivers provided are awkward to use and the tips are soft. One was ruined in the process. My larger handle driver worked much better, because the screws were tight. The extra nato strap is high quality too, and will go on a different watch. This bracelet is too nice, and comfortable, to ever change over to a strap.
Great watch however the bracelet is just annoying. The links are hard to remove and also Sam Martin needs to do a better system with micro adjustment. I know that’s a lot to ask for the money. But leaving all that. This watch is absolutely amazing. Must buy
