How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Excellent value.
I bought the leather version with the pencil hands. It is stunning! I can't find a single flaw. It even was fitted with the updated 'female' endlinks as standard without request. Everything about this watch is high quality. The brushing is perfect. Recommend purchasing a good fine screwdriver set with hardened bits. Worth the investment. The two drivers provided are awkward to use and the tips are soft. One was ruined in the process. My larger handle driver worked much better, because the screws were tight. The extra nato strap is high quality too, and will go on a different watch. This bracelet is too nice, and comfortable, to ever change over to a strap.
Great watch however the bracelet is just annoying. The links are hard to remove and also Sam Martin needs to do a better system with micro adjustment. I know that’s a lot to ask for the money. But leaving all that. This watch is absolutely amazing. Must buy

This watch is great value for the price. Like overall look of the watch (dial, bracelet and clasp). Resizing the bracelet was a bit challenging. This is my third SM watch and not the last one...

Very happy with the watch and the quick delivery! The bracelet is a bit tricky to size but I will figure it out.
The watch looks good. Finishing is generally good, perhaps edges are slightly too sharp, but still okay. My main complaint is with the screwed links of the bracelet. These are a major pain to remove. I'm guessing they are glued in place with some kind of tread lock. It took me at least an hour to adjust the length for my wrist, and there is always a risk of scratching something, if screw drivers slip from the hard-to-turn screws. Most YouTube reviewers tell us that screwed links are high quality, but I disagree. Screws are either a pain to remove, or if they are too loose, they may come out. Friction pins are a better solution in my opinion. The photo shows the watch on the included nylon strap.

This is a beautiful watch. The fit and finish, size, bezel action are all great. The bracelet and clasp are of very high quality. My only complaint is that one of the endlinks was too wide, and very difficult to remove when I went change straps. I have since replaced it with the female endlink it.
Really happy with the quality of San Martin, great job! Keep it up, won't be my last purchase.
Good condition
This watch looks much more expensive than the price. But the bezel alignment is not perfect and it's very very very difficult to adjust the bracelet.
After almost a month of waiting - due to my country's terrible customs- it was very well worth it. The product good! Runs amazingly well around even COSC specs with the workhorse movement NH35 that is regulated. It runs +-3 a day! Bezel slightly misaligned just a little bit (literally little) but overall QC is very good! The bracelet was manufactured well but I opted not use it and just fitted the watch with a vintage handmade distressed strap. They also gave me all the papers (warranty, manuals, etc), some tools, locktight, a free nato (due to the sale I believe). The communication after sales is really really good - actually unheard of for an AliExpress vendor. Obviously, an agent is connected to deal with me but still the after sales customer service is very good! Just ask away in the chat if you have more questions about the watch and if you have problems with it. Generally, I am very happy to report that I am happy with the watch and will definitely buy again from San Martin.

I have had this watch for several weeks. I have been very happy with it. looks great, no issues at all.
Bezel alignment, very slightly off (maybe 0.5mm). Bracelet very hard to adjust with 2 screws on either side. But otherwise, very nice watch. Fast shipping to Australia.
