How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
A solid vintage homage watch. The edges are a little sharp on the bezel, but it’s ok. The fontina is also more orange then I expected. I get used to it, but I wish it was taken down a notch.

I chose this watch because I was looking for a retro dive watch to add to my collection. The number one selling point for me was that it is very faithful to the original design it homages, while subtly updating the dimensions and using modern, high-end materials like sapphire and ceramic for the crystal and bezel. When I finally got my hands on it, I was honestly blown away by the outstanding craftsmanship. The finishing of the case as well as the bracelet is truly astonishing! My watch came with the S logo on the crown, which I prefere over the crown with the shark. I find it much more elegante and fitting for a retro dive watch. What surprised me very positively was the smooth feel of the screw-down crown. The bezel feels really nice too and is well aligned. I have without a doubt not seen a better watch at this price point!

The clock came in about 3 weeks in perfect condition. Very qualitatively packed, the appearance fully corresponds to the photo. Free put small gifts. Of the minuses-the difficulty of shortening the bracelet, removing one link (and did not work)➕A great chance to scratch. But I did not shoot the ball for it. I can advise to buy.

watch looks just as good as advertised. the finish is simple but well done, the bracelet is comfortable, and the bezel action is frankly amazing. the crystal had a metric ton of AR coating, a nice blue hue. the bracelet almost gave me an aneurysm though. I ended up having to use the back of a couple knives to remove the screws.
I have seen a lot of YouTube reviews on this and everyone raves about it. With reason I would say. The finishing on the dial and the build quality is amazing. The bracelet and clasp is exceptional. Perhaps you could design a tool to help the double screw pin removal. I would have bought it in a heartbeat as it was fiddly but not impossible. Overall it is a brilliant watch. I have small wrists and bought additional female end links because I was worried the male end links would make the watch too big. It really isn’t. It’s perfect. No back play on the bezel. A happy customer from Bristol. Just pull the trigger and buy one!

The colour of the lume on the dial and hands is much more orange than in the pictures. I was expecting it to look tan or dark beige.
This is my first San Martin purchase, the quality is exceptional. This watch is an homage to the Rolex worn in the early James Bond films. I am extremely pleased with it. I highly recommend this brand.

it's a nice watch. Looks good on my 7 inch wrist. Fast shipping. Arrived in two weeks. But sizing the bracelet was very difficult. Cut up my finger doing it. Now the bracelet is all scratched up. Probably need to go pay a visit to the watch repairer for help. The tools provided simply wore out and chipped. Now am wearing it on a rubber strap. So happy to receive the watch especially with female end links. Just disappointed about not being able to adjust the bracelet.
