How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of William Eli (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Stunning watch! Love the design. The bracelet, bezel and casing finishing is flawless. So far it is keeping good time. 2 cons for this watch.. First the bracelet is a nightmare to resize due to dual screw design. Secondly the bezel triangle is ever so slightly misaligned with watch dial.. Nothing major as you have to really focus hard to see the misalignment.. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase
So far after about a month the quality is excellent.
Chic watches. Now I will collect the San Martin Watch. The only thing that is very not convenient to twist the screws on the bracelet. I broke one screw, barely turned it off. Scratched the link with a screwdriver. It is not clear which way to twist. If it is possible to attach the instruction in which side to twist the screws.
I’m completely blown away with the quality and fit and finish of this timepiece. It looks and feels like something many times it’s price, it get looks and compliments all the time. I think as an homage it still has its own presence on the wrist and things about it that makes it it’s own design. If Tudor had come out with this exact watch I don’t think anyone would have thought it felt out of place, it ticks all the right boxes and nods to submariners of yesteryear while being it’s own thing. Honestly I think this is the best 50’s sun homage at any price… it’s truly fantastic.
awesome piece, gets a bit too reflective some times, but besides that the watch is super well made, feels robust and the nh35 movement is running amazingly with +4spd.

suited for small wrists as you can see. surprised of the quality you get for the money. nice brushed case finishing and beautiful handset. i will paint the triangle at the top red with fingerpaint so its more like the original rolex. put it on a retro strap for now because it takes time to adjust the bracelet. took only 2 weeks to arrive

When you see this watch with your own eyes it just exudes quality. This is my first San Martin watch and I can tell you that the photos and videos you see online are unable to portray how beautiful this watch is in person. The bezel action is amazing and the ceramic finish is perfect with the gold inserts so crisp. the black dial is so black and so deep you could get lost in it. The domed sapphire crystal is playful in the light and ar coated for legibility. Brushing and general finishing on the case are the best Ive seen complete with an embossed clasp which again is finished impeccably. very very happy with this watch on first impressions.

Excellent build quality , fast shipping
Absolutely stunning watch. The bracelet is a bit of a pain to resize but once done it's very comfortable on wrist. Bezel lines up perfectly, action is great with no back play at all. Mine is running at +2 seconds a day! Love the new packaging as well. Very pleased overall.
